MANAGEMENT TEAM
The management team at Falls Pharmacy Ltd. is comprised of Jennifer Schoenhals as Director of Pharmacy, Anne Marie Taddeo as head pharmacy technician and Mary Warren as Front Store Manager. Together they have over 90 years of experience in pharmacy and work diligently to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction.

MARY WARREN
Mary started at Falls Pharmacy when she was just a teen-ager in high school and enjoyed pharmacy work so much that she stuck with it for 36 years. She leads a team of customer service representatives, processes accounts and reconciles insurance billing. She is also the Marketing and Customer Relations team leader.

MARKETING AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS TEAM
The marketing and customer relations team is comprised of a manager, a customer service representative and a dispensary team member. They meet every week to promote ongoing events such as Family Week, 50th anniversary of the pharmacy, health clinics, and monthly seniors days. This team works diligently to come up with new and innovative ideas that will enhance the pharmacy. They also prepare for in-store employee training.

DISPENSARY TEAM
The dispensary team provides efficient care for all pharmaceutical needs both by prescription and over-the-counter products. The specially-trained technicians in our on-site lab are able to compound such things as eyedrops, capsules, lip balms, injectables and many other prescription items.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM
The customer service team is committed to developing quality relationships with customers that make them want to consistently do business with us. They are genuinely concerned about meeting the needs of the customers. They provide speedy, accurate service with a friendly attitude
